Patrick Reed, Superintendent, oversees all daily construction activities and ensures that projects are completed safely, on schedule and within scope. He is responsible for managing field operations, coordinating deliveries, enforcing safety regulations, and ensuring the quality of work aligns with the project’s specifications. 
 
Patrick has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He first began his career in the 1990s as an apprentice electrician where he began to advance in duties and title. In 10 years, Patrick was a prominent asset in leadership and fieldwork by managing electrical projects and directing crews. 
 
In 2021, Patrick transitioned into the Superintendent role, expanding his responsibilities to oversee entire job sites and coordinate all trades from project initiation through completion. Having successfully managed construction across the nation, Patrick has an INSIGHTFUL portfolio spanning Multifamily, Commercial, and Residential sectors.
 
Patrick takes pride in delivering quality results and leading with INTEGRITY. He offers deep industry knowledge paired with a renowned work ethic, resulting in an impressive ability to bring projects to completion on time and in budget. 
 
In Patrick’s personal time he enjoys spending time with his family, boating, and riding his motorcycle. Being a true dexterous contractor at heart, Patrick also enjoys undertaking remodels, fixer-uppers, or just miscellaneous projects to challenge him and further his knowledge base.
