TOMMY WALTON

Superintendent

Tommy Walton, Superintendent, oversees all daily construction activities and ensures that projects are completed safely, on schedule and within scope. He is responsible for managing field operations, coordinating deliveries, enforcing safety regulations, and ensuring the quality of work aligns with the project’s specifications. 

Tommy, a native San Antonian, graduated from James Madison High School before embarking on a journey with the U.S. Army. As a Medic attached to the esteemed 3rd Ranger Battalion at Fort Benning, Georgia, Tommy served his country for three honorable years. During this time, Tommy seized the opportunity to further his education, attending Troy State University. He also dedicated four years of his life to the Texas National Guard, showcasing his unwavering commitment and dedication to selfless service and others.

Tommy’s connection to the world of construction goes back to his high school days. He began his journey as an concrete forming laborer for Depco, a company previously owned and operated by the Delgado family. His career has now come full circle as he works with the daughter of his first bosses, SHELLEY DELGADO, as RED HAWK'S Vice President and Co-Owner. Tommy has been apart of the team since 2023 serving as both a Project Manager and Superintendent. 

 

In his personal time, Tommy enjoys blowing, fishing, and dedicating time to his masonic and shrine family as a 3rd generation mason and former master of his lodge.
