Shelley Delgado, Vice President and Partner of RED HAWK, provides oversight for daily administration, accounting, HR, risk management, and IT. In addition, she offers support to the construction field operations. She has over 30 years of experience in construction administration, tailored with the fact that she grew up in the industry. After graduating from Texas A&M, she returned to San Antonio to follow in the footsteps of her parents in their concrete forming and waterproofing subcontracting business. She eventually broke off from this to establish her own subcontracting business. Soon after, she was approached by Desi with the idea of becoming a general contractor. Her experience has provided RED HAWK with an INNOVATIVE perspective. 

 

Shelley enjoys spending time with her family and friends whether it be barbecuing or just enjoying day trips. She is an avid college football fan and of course, her favorite team is the Texas A&M Aggies.
