Sergio Santillano

Project Manager

Sergio Santillano, Project Manager, is involved with projects from beginning to end. His tasks includes overseeing project contracts, budgets, schedules, estimates, and quality of work. 

He started working with RED HAWK in 2022 after moving back to Texas from Hawaii. Sergio graduated from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio Texas with a Bachelors in Organizational Leadership and Development. Sergio enrolled into the University shortly after completing his military service in the U.S. Army as light-Infantry and served both active and reserve status for 6 years. 

In his personal time, Sergio enjoys reading material on subjects like personal development, history, philosophy, and geo-political events. Sergio loves the outdoors and enjoys activities like snorkeling, paragliding, skydiving, and hiking. Sergio also loves traveling abroad and the experiences that come with it and has gone exploring to places like Australia, Russia, Thailand, Colombia, Taiwan, Canada, and Mexico.

Sergio exhibits INTEGRITY by living his life according to the stoic philosophy of Marcus Aurelius - "The fruits of this life is good character and acts for the common good”.
